Winners Prize
Top 3 winners for each category will received a trophy and Merrell cash voucher with a total value of RM7,400. Also top 3 winners from 50km categories will receive a Marmot gaiter.

* Organizer of the King of Sungai Lembing reserves the right to deny entry to any participants. All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. You have agreed to this policy when you chose to proceed with the registration for the event.


King Run Series
If you enroll 3 King Series game this year (for any categories). You will entitle:
1. Special token of appreciation at our last game King Of Sungai Lembing
Special Tshirt to #KingRunSeries participants

2. Entitle for 10% discount for each King Series slot in 2018 or 30% from all 3 series.
3. Entitle for special early registration slot.

Bib transfer, cancellation and categories change
1. Entry fee can’t be refund once you’ve registered for the race
2. Change of race category and transfer of bib is allowed before 1st Sept 2017 only with processing fee of RM 30. No further change is allowed after the date.

Eligibility
This race is open to all Malaysian/Permanent Resident and oversea runner age 18 years old and above only. For junior category, parents/guardian concern is required.

Medical 
- There will be medical personnel on standby at the race site.
- Ambulance service is on standby as well for emergency cases.
- Participants are responsible to ensure they are fit and healthy before start the race. Please consult your doctor if there is any doubt.

Water stations
2 water stations for 5km
4 water stations for 10km
7 water stations for 21km
12 water stations for 50km

Details of the water station facilities will be published later.

The water served at the water stations is for drinking purpose only, not for shower or washing your face, use it wisely and be considerate.

*We will implement Bring your own bottle/cup concept (BYOB/BYOC) for this race. So please bring your own portable cup or bottle. We will not provide any disposable cup at all water station and also at the finishing line.

Insurance
- Participants are to accept the risk associated with the event as per indemnity clause as per registration form.
- The organizer will not responsible for any claim resulted from this event.
- It is recommended that you have personal accident insurance or health insurance.

Mandatory Item
On top of the race bib to be worn by all race participants, the following 3 items are also mandated for 50km participants:

1. Hydration bag/handheld bottle (at least 1 liter capacity)
2. Reflective gear or blinker. (to increase your visibility to the truck drivers heading in/out Lubuk Beruk during the first 30km)
3. Whistle

*the above items must be carried by the 50km runners at all times during the race. Failure to comply may result disqualification or time penalty.

The race bib has a timing chip at it rear side, do not bend, fold or cut as you may damage the chip.

Recommended Item
1. Hydration bag/handheld bottle or at least personal cup (for 21km and 10km categories)
2. Cap/hat/sun visor
3. Food/energy bar/gel.
4. Hand phone. Celcom or Digi are highly recommended as their coverage is far better than other providers.

Safety
1. If you hear a horn from a marshal vehicle (motorbike or jeep), please slow down and give way.
2. Some parts of the route is slippery.
3. There is a few river crossing for 50KM categories so always alert on the marker.

1. We will use electronic timing system as part of the improvement from the organizer.
2. The race bib has a timing chip at it rear side, do not bend, fold or cut as you may damage the chip.
3. There will be a combination of electronic and manual checkpoint for all categories. Details of the location will be shared soon.
